Hague Convention used to promptly return a boy to Japan

I have now been able to find the judgment in relation to the case that I wrote about on 30 July 2014.  The full text of the judgment is now available on the Bailii website.  Since first writing about this, the case has attracted some further publicity.  There is an ITV news article about it here and a piece on a well-known family law blog here.  The full judgment of Her Honour Judge Finnerty, a Deputy High Court Judge, can be found here.  The mother represented herself; the father was represented by Mr Edward Bennett, whose is, at the time of writing, a pupil barrister at Field Court Chambers in London. His Linkedin page shows that he has already published quite widely on international family law related disputes.  He does not seem to have an entry on his Chambers website as he is still only a pupil.
